I have a very large head and am thrilled to find a value helmet that has sizing. I wear a 7 3/4 hate size and this helmet fits great. Very adjustable straps. The one down part about this, the helmet is VERY bulky. Though it looks stream lined in the pic, it really is very bulky, at least the large anyway. It is very very light and it has a great ventilation. Sometimes while riding you even forget you have a helmet on. Bell's customer service was very helpful when i had doubts about what size to choose (My head measurments were right between the Medium/Large range... if this happens to you, go with Large).
